GENERAL MANAGER
Neil has more than 40 years of experience in the ICT services sector with the last 26 years spent in the specialist area of Payments Processing and Unsecured Lending. Prior to joining MTI/ SixTo, he spent 7 years with AFS a leading Payments Processor in the Middle East as Deputy CEO, where he managed the entire operations and client services divisions.
Neil’s key strength is his ability to look strategically at the “bigger picture” whilst ensuring tactical goals are not compromised. He is used to engaging with senior stakeholders to create platform strategies that align a client’s long-term and short-term business goals with cost effective technology solutions. He has specialised in Running and operating Third Party Payments Processors, payment system platform upgrade strategies, group platform (merger) strategies, out-sourcing/off-shoring solutions and the estimation of major conversion/upgrade programmes.
Throughout his career Neil has consulted to many of the top major financial services clients such as First Data, GE Money, Experian, Westpac Banking Corporation and Capgemini across Europe, Middle East and Africa and Asia Pacific. In addition to his Issuing and Acquiring expertise Neil has global experience in payment transaction processing/switching, ATM Driving, real-time processing, closed-end loans, debit cards and pre-paid products and digital payment solutions. Neil has also worked for 2 major trading banks in Southern Africa, being Standard Bank and First National (formerly Barclays).
Neil holds an Executive MBA / Master’s degree in Business Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM) and holds professional fellowships from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, the Institute of Managers & Leaders.
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER / Head of Delivery for Project Set Up and Releases
Yossi is a proactive delivery expert with more 20 years of experience in the ICT services sector, specializing in large scale IT projects delivery management, with responsible for teams of 100 delivery technologists.
Prior to joining MTI/ SixTo, Yossi spent 16 years with Convergys Solutions LTD., a leading International software Company providing professional services and solutions for large volume messaging systems and billing systems for telecom service providers (Telephony, TV and Internet) around the globe in the verticals of Billing, CRM, Account receivables, Connectivity, 3rd party integrations, as head of delivery responsible directly for over 100 delivery specialists.
Throughout his career Yossi has responsible for large scale project delivery to many leading organizations for Billing and CRM projects for tier 1&2 clients.
Yossi main strength is its delivery capacity for complicated projects, being a natural leader for large professional teams with its skillset includes: Project definition and Project Management, System Analysis, defining and structuring of business workflows, Software Development and Implementation
Yossi holds a Software Sub engineer degree from Tel- Aviv University in Israel in (Scholarship for Excellence), with vast knowledge as a hands-on programmer with vast knowledge of operating systems, databases etc.
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER/ Head of Delivery for Managed Services
Hadar has more than 20 years of vast experience in Managing Software, IT Delivery and implementation projects in the ICT/Telecom sector with 5 years specializing in Mobile Financial Service solutions.
Prior to joining MTI/ SixTo, he spent 20 years with Amdocs Inc., a leading Billing, Ordering and CRM provider in the Telecom sector, spent half of his time in Israel’s Development Centre and the 2nd half in the USA as an implementation manager on customer site. As a delivery and implementation project manager, he managed the scoping, development, budget and quality of a very large-scale BSS systems/projects for tier 1 Telcos in the USA. As an implementation manager, he was the one who work with customer’s teams on project planning and executing the deployments, user acceptance test and all the Go Live related activities. As a Mobile Financial Services Project Manager, he worked closely with the customer on defining the requirements, grooming scope, define phases and migration strategies for deploying Mobile Wallet into production.
Hadar’s key strength is his ability to plan and execute large scale Technical Programs proactively and methodically with focus on (high) quality. Programs consist of multi geographies/time zones, multi cultures, multiple interdependencies and vendors are complex by definition. Keeping all program teams in sync is one of the keys for success. He is used to engaging with stakeholders to discuss program strategies and planning. He has specialised in large scale system analysis and planning, engage in large migration projects and has established operational scheduling and scripts to achieve the maximum automation and minimal human intervention operation. In the MFS/FINTECH space, the projects included a real time integration with all major card schemes (Visa, Amex, Mastercard, Discover, Diner) and with PayPal to allow self-service payment using debit/credit and other types of cards.
Throughout his career Hadar has been engaged in many projects for tier 1 Telcom companies such as Vodafone, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile and more.
Hadar holds a BSC. Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tel Aviv University in Israel
